Lori Schuck Barresi, President/Owner, has operated in the drug-testing arena since 1987. She has worked with hundreds of varied companies, developing and implementing drug testing programs, specializing in those falling under the Federal Department of Transportation regulations. Lori has been a Board Member of the Michigan Safety Council for the Michigan Trucking Association since 1990. She remains very active with state and federal agencies, thus staying on top of any changes in regulations.

Mark J. Upfal, M.D., M.P.H., serves as Chief Medical Review Officer. Dr. Upfal has been an active MRO since 1993. He is Board-Certified in Occupational Medicine, holds a Master of Public Health degree and a Bachelors in Environmental and Industrial Health from the University of Michigan. He is a consulting Medical Director for various national corporations, occupational health systems, industry associations and government agencies. He serves as the Director of Examination Development on the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, which is responsible for writing and reviewing MRO examinations nationwide. His peers consider him to be a premiere expert in drug and alcohol interpretations. Monthly Magazine has listed him, for the 4th time, as one of Detroit’s “Top Physicians” in its Best Doctors in America category.
